About the Role

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Vision:
  • Develop and champion a clear, compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area, aligning with the company's overall business objectives and market opportunity.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify new product opportunities, trends, and compliance requirements.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and OKRs to measure product success and inform future development.
2. Product Development & Execution:
  • Own the entire product lifecycle from ideation, definition, development, testing, launch, and iteration.
  • Write detailed user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with UX/UI designers and engineering teams.
  • Prioritize the product backlog effectively, balancing customer needs, technical debt, and business impact.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Design teams using Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality products on time.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) and the technical development team.
  • Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure all product features adhere to financial regulations (e.g., KYC, AML, PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc.) across relevant jurisdictions.
  • Develop the go-to-market strategy, working with Marketing and Sales to drive product adoption and success.
4. Data Analysis & Optimization:
  • Utilize data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Google Analytics, Amplitude) to monitor product performance, user behavior, and business outcomes.
  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize user flows and feature effectiveness.
  • Be the expert on the customer, constantly gathering and analyzing feedback to drive continuous product improvement.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of [3-5]+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a significant focus in the Fintech, Payments, Banking, or Financial Services industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully taking complex software products from concept to launch and scale.
